Congrats Mr. Gore...
Something for all Americans to be proud of:
"OSLO, Norway - Former Vice President Al Gore and the U.N.'s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change jointly won the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize Friday for their efforts to spread awareness of man-made climate change and to lay the foundations for fighting it."
Did I say all Americans? What Americans would not be proud of our former Vice President winning the Nobel Peace Prize?
I am sure most of you will recall the surreal world of Dr. Sanity, who has proved that a psychotic with a medical degree does not a doctor make. Her latest diagnosis from afar, a collective diagnosis of all sorts of people she has never met (how absolutely professional) is as follows:
"Undoing is a psychological defense mechanism where there is an attempt to take back behavior or thoughts that were unacceptable. An example of undoing would be excessively praising someone after having insulted them.
I can't help thinking that Gore's prize is yet another attempt by the left to undo the horrible trauma of Election 2000. Ever the mouthpiece of leftist fantasy and delusion, Jimmy agrees (and don't forget, he was the 2002 winner of the same prize)."
Dr. Insanity seems to forget that Al Gore won the popular vote and that the trauma of the "left" was really a national trauma that was cemented on September 11, 2001, when a court installed President proved that he did not give a damn about this nation. I am no shrink, but I think Dr. Insanity is projecting. She then spends the rest of her thread going after a mother who lost a child to war (Cindy Sheehan), and compares Gore to Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
Now you tell me, what could justify such bitter and ugly writing from a psychiatrist working for the state (read poor) in Michigan? More importantly, I continue to wonder why this woman has a job anywhere near the mentally ill.
But if you think the good doctor is alone in going after an American who has just won the Nobel peace prize, you are wrong, the right-wing has collectively gone on suicide watch.
What a week for these people, first they stalk a 12 year old child, then they defend the antisemitic comments of Ann Coulter, and now they run wild with deranged anger because an American citizen won the Nobel Peace Prize. Wow, are they proud yet? Maybe a group hug is needed or some Paxil?
Mr. Gore, please know that I am proud of you and that I think this does a great deal towards repairing America's image.

JR: Well, we must have been found out. Now what are we going to do? And how will we hold our secret meetings?:)

Rufus, thanks for pointing out the obvious. I shall try to deductive reasoning...I am a smoker. Is that what the picture implies? As for my point of view, are you saying that people who smoke have a questionable point of view? Interesting.

You need to wonder about the point of view of someone who actively selects a photo for her blog of her with a cigarette.
You hipster, you.

There was a National Journal poll that said Only 13 Percent Of Congressional Republicans Believe In Man-Made Global Warming. The con bloggers in the rapture based community think science is a commie plot
